We belong to the GHL Beratergruppe GmbH (group of Consultants) with 30 years of experience in business and life coaching.
The CEO of GHL migrated to Germany for higher Education in 1982. After finishing a MSc in Engineering, he joined to several German Engineering Companies to get working experience. In 1993 he joined GHL-Beratergruppe, a Group of Consultants. In 2005 he acquired all the shares of the Company and became the Managing Director of the Company. His spouse, also from Sri Lanka, studied Medicine in Germany and later specialized in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and working as the District Medical Officer in Berlin-Pankow.
Our independent consultants support each other in all relevant subject areas. An excellent global network, intercultural competence and a professional and empathetic team make us a reliable and strong partner for hospitals and care facilities.

Project “magna cura” is currently focusing on recruiting nurses mainly from Sri Lanka to facilitate the needs of Health Care Sector in Germany.

Once an applicant is selected, we accompany him/her from the first day of the admission in our competence team and stand by his/her side with advice and action.

Milestones:

  1. The selected applicants have to visit a German Language intensive course. This course will take about 6 to 9 months   depending on the ability of the individual.For the participants who are unable to bear the cost of the Language course and the living expenses, a lone will be granted. This lone must be paid later in monthly instalments after start working in Germany.
  2. Recognition of certificates
  3. We will present the future employer and make agreements.
  4. Apply for VISA to Germany
  5. After finishing the intensive German Language course level B1 the nurses are qualified to travel to Germany. As soon as the Visa is provided Flight tickets will be arranged.

Who can apply for magna cura project?

Application is open for Nurses:

  • Who can provide certificates of their completed nurse’s training (Diploma in General Nursing or Higher National    Diploma Course - NVQ Level 6)
  • Who are currently working as a nurse in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and care institutionsor who have a minimum of one year of professional experience
  • Who have prior knowledge of the English language (technical vocabulary and everyday language)

Which documents do I need to include in my application?

  • Cover letter and Curriculum Vitae, including a coloured passport photo, and written in English
  • High School  Certificate
  • Diploma Certificate in General Nursing or Certificate of Higher National Diploma Course - NVQ Level 6
  • Certificate/s of employment from former employer/s
  • Copy of National ID and Passport (if available)
